Use the NES App to build your agenda online and manage your schedule on the go!
NES Web App
The 2019 NES app is accessible using any device with a web browser, such as a desktop or laptop computer, tablet or smartphone. (It is not available in the app store, only through your browser.)
Use it to:
- Browse all session details
- Create a profile and select sessions to add to your personal schedule
- Once on site, manage your agenda from your smartphone and keep up with changes in real time
- Learn about NES speakers
- Connect with your fellow attendees and send instant messages
- Explore NES sponsors and exhibitors to plan your booth visits
- Stay up to date on the latest NES offerings and information
Using the App
The NES App has put all the event information at your fingertips. When you first access the app, you'll land on the Home screen where you'll find the agenda and other important information. Helpful hints will guide you through the use of the app and provide further explanation about what to do and where to find more information.
To begin, you can click the Login icon in the top-right corner and enter your email to access the attendee dashboard. Here, you can find your personal schedule, any notes you've taken, any companies you've added to your favorites, documents you've added to your collection, and your chat inbox.
**Please note - If you have already logged in to the Event Mobi app before (previous NES years included), it will be the same email you used then. The login is not tied to your NPMA profile, it is whatever you used to originally login!
Create Your Profile
Select Profile to add your name, title, company, bio and links to your website and social networks. Be sure to add a photo to facilitate networking!
Build Your Personal Schedule
Go to the Menu at top left to view the master agenda and session descriptions. View sessions by day, time and tracks. Interested in a session? Tap “Add to Your Schedule.”
Return to your Profile to view your personalized dashboard. Click the Agenda button to access the sessions in your schedule. From here you can export your schedule to Outlook or device calendar. From within a session, you can add or remove it from your schedule and take notes. You can also take notes on speakers and companies from their respective profiles, and you can access your notes at any time by clicking Notes in your dashboard. You can also send yourself your notes.
(Once exported to your device calendar, session changes are not reflected. It may be better to maintain your schedule for this event within the app, or wait until just prior to the event’s start to export.)
Set Your Communications Preferences
Return to your Profile and tap the Settings icon (gear) at top right to customize your preferences for instant messaging/chat functionality and emails. Please note that alerts and emails will be sent by NES organizers with pertinent schedule changes.
If you have trouble accessing the app, it may be behind a firewall. Contact your IT department for assistance. You may need to whitelist the page.
The NES App is supported by all mainstream desktop browsers:
