NPMA NES 2021 | July 26 - 29
DEADLINE DATES

There are a few deadlines coming up that we wanted to make you aware of:
Friday, May 7 – NES Presentation Due
Friday, May 7 – NES Whitepaper Due – Find info about white papers here. White papers are optional and are submitted only by those speakers who wish to have their presentation(s) considered for one of the Conference Proceedings Awards.
Tuesday, June 1 – Early Registration Deadline – register on or before this date for the best rates!
Tuesday, June 29 (or when the room block fills – whichever occurs first) Hotel Reservation Deadline

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do expect the room block at the hotel to fill, so please make your hotel reservations early. As a reminder, NPMA does not pay for speaker travel, nor registration fees, for the NES. If you plan to attend NES to only speak at your sessions, you do not need to register. If you plan to attend any General Sessions, breakout sessions, exhibit hall, etc., you must register for the event itself.

POWERPOINT TEMPLATE & SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

The NES PowerPoint template, for use in your presentation, can be downloaded by clicking here.

Once complete, please upload the presentation file on this form.

This web form will also allow you to update any details of your presentation (session title, speakers (if your session includes a panel of speakers, please list ALL speakers so we can ensure there are no scheduling issues) and provide a speaker release for your materials. This is the same link for all Whitepaper submissions.

SPEAKER PROFILE

We will have an event app again for the NES. One of the features of this app is the ability for speakers to update their speaker profile and add a photo if desired. Important note – you must have a bio in your Speaker profile in order to be introduced at NES. Volunteers will be using these bios to make all introductions.

You will receive a link to your Speaker profile in an email directly from EventMobi (NPMA 2021 National Education Seminar). Please use this link to update your speaker profile with your bio, photo, title, and organization as soon as you receive it. We would like to have speaker profiles completed before we share the event app with current registrants and potential attendees. NOTE: DO NOT SHARE this link with anyone else, as it provides direct access to your unique speaker profile.

If you have a co-presenter who has not received their individual link, please email us at conferences@npma.org and we will get a profile created for them
