If you must cancel your paid registration within the 30 days before the start of the NES, you can transfer your registration to the virtual option, but NPMA will not refund the difference between the in-person and virtual fees.

Will the presentation slides be made available?

The slides from speakers who have given NPMA permission to share them will be made available at npma.org after the NES.

In-person attendance only – I don’t think I scanned into a session that I attended. How do I get credit for the session?

Please email conferences@npma.org and include the name of the session, the date, time, and speaker name so that we can add the session to your transcript.

In-person attendance only – I left one session to go to another and scanned into both. How do I fix this?

Please email conferences@npma.org and include the date, time, session, and speaker name for the session for which you would like to appear on your transcript.

In-person attendance only – I want to bring a guest to the Membership Breakfast and/or Foundation Breakfast. Can they attend?

You can bring a guest to either breakfast, but you must purchase a ticket for them to attend. The price is:

I received a grant to attend the NES and have to volunteer. Where should I go?

Please contact foundation@npma.org for instructions

I have a (5,10, 15) year NPMA membership anniversary this year. Can I have my pin?

At the in-person NES, we only have stock for the 20 – 40 year membership anniversaries. Please place a store order or email membership@npma.org to place your pin order.

Virtual NES

How will I access the Virtual NES?

NPMA will use EventMobi to live-stream the general sessions, breakout sessions, and membership meeting.

Can I use my NPMA Foundation Grant for the Virtual NES?

You can use your NPMA Foundation Grant for the Virtual NES.

Can I transfer my unpaid in-person NES registration to the virtual option?

If you have registered for the in-person NES in Reno, but have NOT paid, you can register for the virtual option. NPMA HQ staff will cancel your in-person registration.

If you have registered and paid for the in-person NES in Reno, you can register for the virtual option and use the BILL ME option on the payment screen to save your virtual registration. NPMA HQ staff will cancel your in-person registration, apply your payment to the virtual option, and refund the difference to the card you used to pay for your NES registration. NOTE: This can happen only before we reach the 30 day prior cut-off for cancelations.

Will the pre-NES courses offer a virtual option?

No.
